Canis Majors

German Shepherd/Chow mix found under a car in the rain when she was a puppy. She's the oldest member of the Canis Majors, and the "Alpha Lady" of the pack. She has a strong maternal instinct even though she has never (and will never) had puppies.
Probably born around Thanksgiving, she was found wandering alone in the cold several years ago by a kind couple who took her home. They couldn't keep her, so she went to live with Phoenix and Moonwolf. She loves playing with children. Swimming is one of her favorite activities, but chasing smaller animals and toys is how she gets most of her exercise.
Stella simply showed up one day... full grown, spayed, clean, well fed, and no human in sight. Many phoen calls and a search for a human missing a very well behaved dog turned up nothing. She knows the value of a good siesta and doesn't wake up for much except food, walks, and petting. If she sees a squirrel during a walk, though, she'll show you how fast she can move!
Teddy is a yellow Lab/coyote mix. His humans had to give him up when they moved, and asked that Phoenix and Moonwolf take him because they didn't want him to be in a shelter. He's rather submissive toward the females of his pack, but can make a stab at dominance around other dogs. In other words, he knows who's really in charge at home.
